Each painting is an original celebration of color and spontaneity created in my studio.  Based on this, if you see a piece you just love, buy it now because I cannot replicate it.

Sales Tax:

I charge sales tax to all orders sold and shipped within the state of Colorado.

Shipping:

Your special purchase will be delivered to you via USPS or FedEx. Please allow 3 to 5 business days to package and ship your package. We will confirm the additional shipping cost with you via email at the time of delivery.

Returns:

While all sales are final, I want you and your gift recipient to be delighted with your purchase!  If for some reason you're not completely satisfied, please contact me at catherine@catherinepistone.com within 3 days of your purchase and I will be happy to discuss options.

Original Paintings:

Your lovely painting will be thoughtfully packaged and will arrive ready to hang! While I don't recommend hanging your painting in direct sunlight all day, please be assured your special piece has been UV protected. It will also arrive signed, pre-wired and ready to put on the wall. If you live in the Boulder/Denver area (and select mountain communities), I am more than happy to hang it for you. The best part of this business is meeting you in person!
